Going to Raleigh the other day I was going the speed limit in the center lane and I couldn't help but notice all the cars zooming up behind me that could pass on either side charged to the right side to pass, WHY?
So I started to count and five out of the next seven that could have passed either way passed on the right???????
Dangerous, crazy...what do they think the police won't see them??? Do you not think a policeman would much rather give you a ticket passing on the right than on the left???
